Les 3 Vallées will welcome a new ski‑in, ski‑out four‑star address this winter as °Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires opens on 11 December 2026 near the Preyerand cable car.
It becomes the sixth property in the °Fahrenheit Seven House and marks the end of a decade‑long project that began with a Belleville council competition to award a prime hotel site in the resort.
The 51‑room hotel (room sizes 27–91 m², sleeping 2–6 guests) showcases the neo‑vintage interior style of designer Véronique Vidoni, blending contemporary lines with a playful retro spirit. Facilities include a concept‑store‑style ski boutique, a glazed spa with indoor pool, sauna and hammam with adult‑only evening access.
Dining centres on Italian and Mediterranean dishes alongside modern Savoyard classics, served in a 110‑seat restaurant and on a 200 m² south‑facing terrace that doubles as an après‑ski venue with DJ‑led entertainment.
