Where are we meeting? How do I pay? And which message had all the details in? Maison Sport’s new platform aims to make booking with an independent ski instructor a little more straightforward.
You’ve found an instructor you like, agreed a morning on the mountain and started looking forward to finally sorting out those turns. Then, somewhere between booking the hire kit and finding everyone’s gloves, you realise you’re not entirely sure where you’re supposed to meet.
Was it outside the lift station? At the bottom of the nursery slope? And have you actually paid?
Those small details matter when you’ve got a lesson to get to. They also take time to organise, particularly for independent instructors juggling enquiries, payments and bookings alongside a full day of teaching.
That’s the thinking behind AlpineOffice, a new business management platform launched by Maison Sport to bring instructors’ bookings, payments and client information together.
The software is designed for instructors handling their own private clients, with a clearer booking process for the skiers and snowboarders joining them.
What does it mean for your next lesson?

For customers, the most useful part is refreshingly practical: a booking page with the information you need in one place.
Instructors using AlpineOffice can provide their private clients with the lesson meeting point, terms and conditions, a clear cancellation policy and a secure payment link.
If you’re booking lessons for the children while also organising flights, accommodation and lift passes, that’s one fewer set of details to piece together.
It could also be useful if you return to the same instructor each winter. Booking directly still comes with the familiar relationship, while the platform gives the instructor a more organised way to confirm the arrangements and collect payment.
A busy ski day doesn’t finish at the last lift
For an independent instructor, teaching is only part of the job. There are also enquiries to answer, diaries to update and payments to keep track of, often from customers booking through different channels.
AlpineOffice brings those tasks together and integrates with Maison Sport, allowing instructors to manage their Maison Sport bookings alongside their own private clients.
“We recognised that independent instructors often receive bookings through multiple channels, making it difficult to manage their businesses efficiently,” says Nick Robinson, CEO and Co-Founder of Maison Sport.
“We developed AlpineOffice to simplify this process and make life easier for instructors, both on and off the slopes.”
The aim, he says, is to reduce administrative time, giving instructors more time to teach while making the booking experience smoother for their customers.
Who can use AlpineOffice?
The platform will initially be available exclusively to Maison Sport instructors, with free access for existing users and plans to extend it to independent instructors across Europe. It is available in five European languages.
Maison Sport already connects skiers and snowboarders with more than 1,000 instructors across over 430 European resorts. Its lesson-booking website lets customers browse instructor profiles and reviews before choosing whom to book.
AlpineOffice adds support for the business those instructors handle themselves.
For anyone planning a ski holiday, the appeal is simple enough. Choose your instructor, confirm the details and arrive knowing where you need to be.
You can save the questions for your skiing.
