Help is at hand for new travel agents who are perhaps not fully au fait with the skiing world, courtesy of the UK’s largest ski holiday operator, Crystal.
The company emailed a brand new edition of the Agent Training Guide, previously known as the Ski Bible, to agents across the country in the summer. It explains all the elements that make up a ski holiday, including types of accommodation, family ski holidays, group ski holidays and much more.
