With a 165m main slope and high quality tuition programmes, Silksworth Ski Centre is a brilliant ski and snowboard centre that is a lot of fun.
Affiliated with Snow Sport England, Silksworth Ski Centre offer tuition in both skiing and snowboarding on three dry slopes. Highly qualified instructors are on hand for skiers and boarders of all abilities. Two nursery slopes are perfect for complete beginners, while the large floodlit main slope is great for those looking to advance their skills or simply have fun.
The slope is also home to two ski clubs – the Tigers Ski Club and the Ravens Ski Club, who meet on different evenings and offer coaching in all aspects of skiing, including race training.
Also at hand within Silksworth Sports Complex site are 2 fishing lakes, entertainment bowl, picnic area, athletics track arena, adventure playground, sk8 city caters for BMX, blades and skate boards and 3 grass football pitches. Just in case you still have any energy left over after all the skiing!
