St Anton is offering special deals during what it hopes will be Powder Snow Weeks from 9th to 30th January 2016.
“It’s all about making the “first line” in January when international freeriders get up early to ride Arlberg’s enticing virgin slopes,” said a resort spokesperson.
Many of the resort’s hotels and B&B accommodation providers offer one week packages during this low-season period which also include your ski pass. Seven nights in a B&B with a 6 day lift pass are available, for example, from as little as €420 per person – only about a third more than the lift pass price alone.
The ski pass covers the entire Arlberg ski region, with 340 kilometres of marked runs, 200 kilometres of back country terrain and 97 state of the art cable car and lift systems.
For even lower prices, even sooner, St Anton also offers Wedel Weeks from 5th to 19th December 2015. Pre-Christmas atmosphere packages drop as low as €370 per person for the same seven nights in a B&B with a 6 day ski pass.
