Solden reports snow conditions to be ‘stunning’ after another 74cm of snow this week interspersed by clear blue skies – more snow is forecast towards the end of the week.
The resort is now almost fully open with 39 of 40 lifts operational and 134 of 143km of piste open.

Base depths range from 10cm in the village up to 180cm (six feet) at the top and temperatures are well below zero keeping the snow in good shape.
