Courmayeur Mont Blanc will host the 8th Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience from 16th to 19th March 2023.

Created by chef Heston Blumenthal and Momentum Ski’s Amin Momen, this foodie event has a renowned and well-deserved reputation for attracting outstanding chefs to the famous Italian ski resort of Courmayeur.

2023 will be no exception and will celebrate the return of the highly anticipated ski season in style – playing host to Canadian chef Jonny Lake, previously executive head chef of the 3* Michelin restaurant The Fat Duck and now the chef and co-owner of Michelin starred Trivet, an exceptional restaurant in London. Jean-Philippe Blondet, 3* Michelin Executive Chef at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester will also be headlining. Both chefs will be joined by co-owner of Trivet Isa Bal, one of the world’s leading sommeliers and winner of the Michelin Sommelier award for 2022. With one chef creating dishes inspired by upscale French classic cuisine, and the other showing a passion for international favourites, guests will experience the finest in Michelin-starred cooking.
