Short-ski-breaks specialist Flexiski have added the Norwegian resort of Trysil to their 2015-16 programme.

Trysil is Norway’s largest alpine resort with four varied and linked ski areas with a total of 75km of  groomed pistes. It is also relatively easy to reach from London, from where Flexiski are offering packages on scheduled services – a two hour flight to Oslo then a two hour transfer.

“Norway is known for its un-crowded runs and Trysil is no exception – you may even find yourself on a slope all to yourself,” reads a statement from Flexiski.

“Trysil is a well thought-out, modern resort that caters for a wide range of ski abilities,” said  Pete Hillyard, Flexiski purchasing and operations manager, “Combine this with great ski conditions, easy access to mountain cafes, and a huge range of off-slope activities (think dog sledding, night skiing and boarding, mountain top touring, horse sleigh riding, tobogganing, star gazing etc) and you’ve got a very strong contender for anyone looking to get away for a short ski break somewhere new this winter.“

Prices from £445 per person for four nights’ bed and breakfast at the four-star Hotel Radisson Blu in Trysil, flights with British Airways* and shared airport transfers. (Based on Sun-Thurs stay in January 2016)
