Snow Camp, the UK’s only charity using snowsports to engage inner-city young people, is celebrating another outstanding year of its flagship fundraising event, the 2026 AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally, held in Val Thorens in France.
Supported by Winter Olympians and Snow Camp Patrons Chemmy Alcott, Jenny Jones and Tim Warwood, the event brought together twenty corporate teams from Knight Frank, Financial Times, Girl Powder, Snow Finel, Delancey, The Snow Centre, The Entrepreneurial Operating System, The Leadership High, Beaumier Hotels and many more for two unforgettable days of mountain challenges, camaraderie and fundraising.
This year’s Rally raised more than £150,000 to help Snow Camp continue transforming the lives of young people aged 13-21 from inner city communities through the power of snowsports.
Eighty participants took on six exhilarating mountain challenges, including orienteering, biathlon, snowshoe racing, ziplining, distance challenges and a thrilling dual parallel slalom finale, while evenings delivered memorable celebrations including the now-famous 80s Après Party and a gala awards dinner held at Hotel Le Fitz Roy.
One of the most powerful moments of the evening event came when Snow Camp Apprentices Louis, Tafari and Arzu bravely shared their personal journeys, reminding everyone in attendance of the life-changing impact their fundraising efforts will make. Their stories received a standing ovation and powerfully reinforced Snow Camp’s mission of helping young people gain qualifications, confidence and brighter futures thanks to the power of snowsports.
“Another incredible year in Val Thorens, with our wonderful teams, patrons, young people and Snow Camp staff creating magical alpine memories while raising funds that will change the lives of those that need it most,” said Dan Charlish, Founder of Snow Camp, who added, “We are hugely grateful for the support, and would like to thank every team that fundraised at this year’s event, with Delanski named top fundraisers, followed by Snow Finel in second place and Snow Brainers in third. We look forward to seeing everyone again in 2027.”
The Knight Riders were crowned 2026 AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally champions, with Stanton Re-United and Carve Diem sharing second place, while Team Kingsley and Snow Finel tied for third.
Momentum is already building for next year’s event, with thirteen teams already signed up for the fifth AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally event, taking place from 15th to 18th April 2027.
