Tamworth Snowdome boasts 3 real snow indoor ski slopes (one main slope and two ‘Snow Academy’ areas) which makes it a great location for those wanting to learn the ropes of skiing or snowboarding.
The main slope is 170m long by 30m wide and is approximately equivalent to a blue run in a ski resort. There are two Snow Academy areas – one is 30 metres long, the other is 25 metres long, which are great for first-timers. Tamworth Snowdome has many options for tuition for both skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, and all instructors are highly qualified.
It’s also home to the UK’s only dedicated snowplay area, which is very popular with younger guests and is a lot of fun! In addition, Tamworth Snowdome holds an ice skating rink, climbing wall, swimming pool and a restaurant and bar.
