Halifax Ski & Snowboard Centre has been a part of the Yorkshire landscape for over 30 years. The main slope has been revamped since then to include a Snowflex surface, which offers an experience as close to snow as possible.
For freestyle fanatics, big air jumps, moguls, fun box and 1/4 pipe are all available, all with Snowflex surfacing, which contains an impact foam layer beneath the surface to cushion any falls. The main kicker is regarded as one of the best in a UK so it is no supirse that Halifax Ski & Snowboard Centre is one of many at the forefront of the UK freestyle Ski & Snowboard scene. Talent training here has included Jamie Nicholls, Andy Nudds, Katie Ormerod and Tyler Harding.
There’s also a Kids Club for 3 – 6 year olds on a Saturday morning.
