Aberdeen Snowsports Centre

Aberdeen Snowsports Centre is a popular city feature. The current facility, known as Aberdeen Snowsports, was set up as a charitable trust in 2007 by Aberdeen City Council.

Aberdeen Snowsports Club supports Snowsports enthusiasts of all levels and disciplines to discover and develop their potential. They aim to create a sustainable, inclusive, accountable and responsive club for all members and local communities.

Their main aim is to equip young athletes with the skills they need to prepare, train and compete in alpine racing and snowboard & freestyle disciplines. Their training is based on a friendly and supportive approach, which offers a safe and fun learning environment to achieve success!

As well as having the facilities to coach beginners through to high level skiers, Aberdeen Snowsports also offers a similar programme for individuals with additional support needs, overseen by adaptive qualified instructors.

They currently have 14 GB Team and GB pathway athletes regularly training at Aberdeen Snowsports Centre, so you know you are in good hands here! With many fun events going on throughout the year, take a look at their website or Facebook page to stay updated.
