Italy saw some of the biggest snowfalls of the past seven days with an incredible metre of snow in Abetone in the Apennine mountains of Tuscany.
Elsewhere there was not so much fresh snow, but base depths are good, temperatures low and nearly all of the country’s lifts are operating and runs are open.
Reaching the peak of the mountain before sunrise, experience to be above the clouds, carving on perfect slopes and staring at the breathtaking Dolomites during the sunset. A perfect day in Dolomiti Superski isn't it?#endlessfun #fallinlove

It looks like more of the same for the week ahead with a little fresh snow midweek in many areas.
The country’s deepest snow – about 4m deep – is in the Northwest at Cervinia and NorthEast at Sella Nevea.
