(this could be you!)

Everyone inspired by the Slopestyle at Sochi in February will no doubt have been thinking, “I’m sure I could do better and fly higher myself!”  Well next week you have the chance to find out as tour operator Powder White is giving its guests the chance to try Slopestyle in Val d’Isere wityh special classes running from 7th-11th April.

Run in conjunction with leading British Ski School New Generation, the week will give experienced skiers and boarders the chance to learn the tricks and jumps needed to master a Slopestyle course.

Suitable for experienced teens and adults alike, guests will take on the quarterpipes, rails and jumps of the Val d’Isere course, learning from an expert Nordica sponsored instructor with video cameras on hand to track progress and help with feedback.  So you’ll never forget just how well you do.

Slopestyle joined the Winter Olympics for the first time this year giving Team GB its first ever medal on snow thanks to Jenny Jones’ sterling effort in the women’s snowboard event. Other top 10 places included fifth for skier James ‘Woodsy’ Woods amongst others.

With access to over 300 kilometres of piste, world-class terrain parks and high altitude ski areas up to 3456 metres, the Espace Killy is open until May.

The Slopestyle package staying at Les Chalets de Solaise apartments in the heart of Val d’Isere costs from €504 (£422) per person (based on four sharing) which includes four-night’s accommodation from 7th April and five daily 2.5 hour Slopestyle sessions with New Generation from Monday 7th-Friday 11th April, but excluding travel.
