There have been a few clear sunny days after the huge snowfalls at the start of March at Mammoth (nicely illustrated in the video below).
But that’s about to change with at least another foot (30cm) of snow forecast on Tuesday / Wednesday this week.

Base depths look good now for a long spring ski season with around 175cm (six feet) at the base and 325cm (nearly 11 feet) up top.
Pretty much every run is open and all lifts operating.
