The Patagonia Descensionist 32L Backpack has a lightweight, fully featured design that meets all of the demands of backcountry skiers for a day out on the mountains. The durable CORDURA nylon fabric makes the Descensionist backpack extremely lightweight while providing burly puncture and abrasion resistance. An asymmetrical spindrift collar opens wide for easy packing and closes with a drawcord that closes the lid to secure against blowing snow. The handy side-access zipper provides an alternative entry to the main compartment for quick access and your shovel and avalanche tools have their own zip-closing pocket. There compression straps make it easy to pack a snowboard or pair of skis, with two sets of daisy chains providing additional lashing options.
