The UK’s all-new national snowsports show, InTheSnow Live (inthesnowlive.com), which will take place at the NEC in Birmingham this autumn, has confirmed that major Canadian resorts will run a Canadian Zone as a key show feature.
Other big regions now confirmed for the show include Sud Tirol, Andorra and Oetztal.
The Canadian Zone will host some of the major Canadian resorts including Whistler and Sun Peaks. As well as being able to find out what’s unique about skiing in Canada and the highlights of each resort, visitors to the show will be able to win holidays to Canada. UK specialist tour operators, including Canadian Affair, Ski Solutions and Skiworld, will also be on hand throughout the day to answer questions on travel and packages to Canada.

InTheSnow Live has a national media campaign running with News International, the world’s biggest newspaper group, reaching 70% of the UK’s adult population and has created ticket deals with two other major shows, The Dive Show and The Cycle Show, that exhibit before and during InTheSnow Live.
“Ski shows need to be taken into the same league as Top Gear Live, Grand Designs Live and the Food show; exciting events that every skier should want to visit, and it’s clear this is where we are taking InTheSnow Live,” said director Dominic Killinger, “It’s fantastic that as a result of this hard work we are attracting major players in the snowsports industry, from the likes of Whistler and Sun Peaks to Chamonix and Andorra that have never considered the NEC ski show before.”
The latest announcement follows hot on the heels of Ellis Brigham confirming InTheSnow Live as the only ski show outside of London where they will retail, and other exhibitors already booked that include Sud Tirol, Folgaria, Mountain Heaven, More Alps and Ski Weekends among otherts.
