All three ski areas at Banff and Lake Louise will be open as of today.
Lake Louise opened yesterday, Mt Norquay last Friday – the first to open in Canada, and Sunshine will open later today.
Lake Louise probably has the most runs open of any ski areas in the world at the moment. Today they have the Top of The World Express, Summit Platter, and Paradise Chairs all running…and rumour has is that Paradise Bowl will be OPEN! In total there’ll be over 40 runs open.
The snow is already between 1m and 1.5m deep after lots of fresh snow at the weekend.
