Lake Louise Ski Resort near Banff in Alberta, Canada will continues to open up more runs following the Richardson’s Ridge addition which added 200 acres of terrain and a new high-speed quad earlier this year.
New connections and routes across the ridge for the upcoming winter 26-27 will including Grove Glade, a new groomed green run that will connect Merlin’s to the Richardson’s Ridge chairlift.
Lake Louise also expanded intermediate and advanced glades and the Pikaboo run will be completed as a second run between the bases of Paradise and Richardson’s Ridge.
A new Prunepicker route will also connect Marmot with the base of Richardson’s Ridge, making it easier to move between some of the resort’s key terrain areas.

New snowmaking will help provide more consistent conditions across the ridge, while upgrades to the Top of the World Chair will increase loading capacity and improve reliability and speed.
“Together, these improvements mean more ways to explore and more time skiing,” a spokesperson commented.
The Lake Louise improvements are part of a swathe of upgraded mountain infrastructure, new accommodation and exciting off-slope experiences across Alberta’s ski slopes this winter.
