After a dry week over Christmas it’s snowing again in Avoriaz and is expected to carry on doing so for the coming week – right in to 2018.
Initially nearly 40cm of fresh snow is expected to have fallen by the weekend.

Conditions are already good across the Portes du Soleil region with virtually all lifts operating and runs open across the whole 650km of runs.
The Avoriaz base is 130-180cm and temperatures are double digits below zero.
