GB Park and Pipe dominate at Snowboard Slopestyle World Cup in Czech Republic
Nicholls takes World Cup win with second for Ormerod and third for Morgan
At the FIS World Cup Snowboard Slopestyle in Spindleruv Mlyn in Czech Republic, the GB Park and Pipe team have dominated, with Jamie Nicholls taking a memorable win in the men’s competition, Billy Morgan finishing in third and the unstoppable Katie Ormerod finishing second in the ladies contest.
Jamie Nicholls beat USA’s Chris Corning into second with Billy in third, and for the women, Sylvia Mittermüller from Germany took top spot with Katie in second and Sarka Pancochova from the Czach Republic in third.
On top of the three podium finishes, Aimee Fuller placed 7th and Rowan Coultas finished in 8th place. A great performance from all the athletes.
