Getting There

Our journey to Whistler began with a flight from London to Seattle with British Airways. We enjoyed a few days in Seattle before heading to Vancouver, and from there, we drove up to Whistler, experiencing the scenic beauty of the Sea-to-Sky Highway.

Skiing in Whistler

Whistler Blackcomb is a skier’s paradise with extensive terrain for all levels. We rented our ski and snowboard equipment from the Whistler Blackcomb Store in the Four Seasons Hotel for convenience. This setup made it easy to hit the slopes right after breakfast.

Non-Ski Activities

Whistler is not just about skiing. Here are some fantastic non-ski activities we enjoyed:

  • Ziptrek Eco Tours: This thrilling zipline adventure through the forest canopy is a must-do. The tour is both exhilarating and educational, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

  • Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre (SLCC): This cultural center offers a deep dive into the heritage of the Squamish and Lil’wat Nations, with engaging exhibits and workshops.
