It’s a great start to the week in Val Gardena with blue skies and temperatures hovering around freezing.
Most of the area’s terrain is open – all 79 lifts are reported to be running and about 80% of the 168 trails are groomed and skiable.

The sunny weather is expected to continue to midweek, but then about 10cm of fresh snow is currently forecast from Wednesday/Thursday as things become a little unsettled.
That should freshen up the healthy 30-120cm base.
