It’s a bit of a weather roller coaster in Scotland with some warm weather causing thawing and also heavy rain at times. But then there has been more fresh snow and temperatures look to be getting lower again this week so there’s almost as much good news as bad.
So, currently, all five Highland centres are open with bases of 20-60cm.

The snow is typically deeper and there are more runs open in the West. Glencoe has 15 of its 19 runs open for example whilst at The Lecht it’s 2 of 22.
Temperatures are hovering around zero so thawing should stop or at least be very slow.
