A new refundable deposit scheme from Maison Sport is aiming to give winter sports enthusiasts a head start in the coming ski season.
Maison Sport is an online ski instructor booking platform that allows skiers to find, book and review independent instructors, all in one place. Skiers can browse a wide range of ski instructor profiles and accompanying reviews to choose their perfect ski instructor based on their own unique preferences (e.g. English-speaking, good with children).
Created by a team of expert industry professionals with over 25 years of ski teaching experience, Maison Sport has had great success over the last few years as the only platform dedicated to independent ski and snowboard instructors.
Now, in response to the ever-changing travel situation, they have announced the launch of a fully refundable deposit scheme that will allow customers to book months in advance, offering increased flexibility to adapt to changing travel restrictions.
Maison Sport customers can now book their favourite skiing and snowboarding instructors around the world with only a 20% deposit, months in advance of the winter season. Simply find and select your instructor, put down a 20% deposit and pay the full price 24 days before the lesson.
The hope is that this new scheme will reassure travellers who are still unsure about making bookings for this winter and encourage more skiers than ever to use Maison Sports’ platform.
Should their plans or government restrictions change, customers can receive a full refund, as long as the cancellation takes place 21 days before the scheduled lesson. Customers also receive notifications prior to the full payment being taken, with email notifications sent at 2 weeks, 1 week and a day prior, allowing plenty of time in case of unforeseeable cancellations. The deposit scheme can be used by individuals, families or large groups looking to hit the slopes this winter, for any skiing or snowboarding lessons that they have in mind.
