Jet2.com has launched a new ski route for Winter 26/27 and put services on sale to Innsbruck from London Stansted. The new weekly Saturday services will run from 19th December to 10th April 2027.
The new route adds to Jet2.com’s existing ski destinations from London Stansted for Winter 26/27 – Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble and Salzburg.
Innsbruck offers easy access to numerous world-class ski resorts, there are also ski slopes very close to the airport. From the Tyrolean capital, skiers and snowboarders can go from the city to the slopes in just 20 minutes in the Nordkette ski area, one of a dozen included on the Innsbruck regional pass. A little further afield, customers will find dozens of choices including Mayrhofen and St Anton.
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “We are seeing continued demand for our ski programme with skiers and snowboarders eager to book the best of the action for this winter. As our ski flights have been selling well, we have responded by putting on a new route from London Stansted to Innsbruck on sale and providing customers with even more opportunity to hit the slopes.”
Jet2.com says it has grown its ski programme by 30 percent compared to Winter 25/26. It will operate to eight airports close to popular ski destinations for Winter 26/27 – Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Lyon, Turin and Verona from across 12 of its UK airport bases – Belfast International, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Gatwick, London Luton, Manchester, Newcastle International and London Stansted.
The airline offers an inclusive 10kg hand baggage allowance with hold luggage and ski carriage each weighing up to 22kg each at extra cost.
