John Arnold from Mindful Mountains brings us this wonderful Champoluc Snow Report and Forecast 2 February 2018. The area is looking gorgeous, with even more snow in the forecast for next week.
It’s been a great week in the Monterosa ski area, with some fantastic bright weather alongside some snowfall makin for brilliant conditions on piste. There’s also still some great powder off piste and some awesome fresh tracks to be had! The temperatures are remaining cold, which is good for maintaining the snow conditions, with an average of around -8 degrees.
The coming weekend will bring some good weather, periods of sunshine interspersed with light cloud and a little snow. From Sunday evening, the snow will return more vigorously, with up to 50cm set to fall between Sunday and Wednesday evenings. This should make for some really great skiing next week – good news for anyone heading out to Champoluc and the Monterosa ski area!
