About the Spirit of Christmas Fair
Held in association with House & Garden, the Spirit of Christmas Fair is celebrating its 25th year in 2026. It brings together more than 600 handpicked independent brands under the glass roof of Olympia London, from winter wardrobes and home styling to festive food and drink.
Alongside the shopping there’s live festive music, creative workshops and Champagne bars. Great British Menu chef Kate Austen returns as restaurant partner with a new all-day menu, and there’s a classic afternoon tea if you need a break from the gift list.

These terms apply to this competition alongside our general competition terms and conditions. If the two differ, these terms take priority.
The promoter
- The promoter is InTheSnow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06431594), whose registered office is 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk IP28 7DE (“InTheSnow”, “we”, “us”).
Who can enter
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
- Employees of InTheSnow, the Spirit of Christmas Fair, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the competition may not enter.
How to enter
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the online entry form on this page with your first name, last name, email address and country of residence.
- One entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries made in someone else’s name, bulk entries, entries made through third parties or by automated means, and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- The competition opens on the date this page is published and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 25 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
- We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical problems.

- There is one prize of two tickets to the Spirit of Christmas Fair 2026 at Olympia London (2 to 8 November 2026). The Spirit of Christmas Fair is held in association with House & Garden.
- The prize is provided as two complimentary codes. The codes must be redeemed online in advance of the fair. The advance box office closes at 11:59pm on 1 November 2026, and codes not redeemed by then cannot be used.
- The codes must be redeemed individually, in separate checkout transactions.
- No cash alternative is available. Travel, accommodation and any other costs of attending the fair are not included.
Choosing and contacting the winner
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place on 26 October 2026.
- The winner will be contacted by InTheSnow by email, using the address given on the entry form. The winner must reply by 11:59pm on 28 October 2026 to claim the prize, so there is time to redeem the codes before the advance box office closes. If they do not reply in time, or are not eligible, we may choose an alternative winner in the same way.
Announcing the winner
- We will publish the winner’s surname and county on this page within 30 days of the draw. If you would prefer us not to publish your details, please tell us when you are contacted as the winner. We may still need to share the winner’s details with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked, to show that the competition was run fairly.
Your personal data
- InTheSnow Ltd is the data controller for the personal data you provide when you enter. We will use it to run this competition, choose and contact the winner, and arrange the prize. We will keep entry data only for as long as we need it for these purposes, and in any case for no longer than 12 months after the closing date.
- If you are the winner, we will share your name and email address with the Spirit of Christmas Fair only so that the prize can be issued.
- By checking the I AGREE box on the entry form, you consent to us collecting and storing your data, as well as contacting you. Entering the competition also signs you up to the InTheSnow newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every email. We will only share your details with a prize partner for their own marketing if you tick the partner box, which is optional.
