This Cervinia Snow Report and Forecast 9th January 2018 comes in the midst of a very snowy week for the Italian resort.
Last week proved very mixed indeed, with Cervinia getting hit by a lot of snowfall due to Storm Eleanor. Though the storm was not quite so bad in Cervinia as in some other resorts (for example Tignes), it still brought great amounts of snow and dangerous conditions.
Once the storm cleared, conditions in Cervinia were brilliant, with good piste conditions as can be seen in this video, posted on January 6th.

However, the snow has returned with a venegance, bringing more snow to Cervinia throughout today (Tuesday) and yesterday (Monday). 2 feet (60cm) of snow was said to have fallen on Monday, with another 50cm set to arrive today.
The snow doesn’t show signs of letting up either, with between 3 and 10cm forecast every day from Wednesday through until Sunday, with the possibility of a glimpse of sun on Friday morning (fingers crossed!). Temperatures will remain cold, with an average of around -9 degrees so wrap up warm.
