Adventure On

Snowshoe Walking – Experience the beauty of the mountains in an active way with snowshoe hiking. Take in untouched natural landscapes, spectacular views of the Dolomites and stop in at cosy mountain huts along your way.  From gentle family-friendly tours to steep Alpine ascents, you have everything you need to enjoy snowshoeing in South Tyrol.

Ice Skating & Ice Hockey – It’s not often you actually enjoy the ice on a ski holiday, but in South Tyrol, there are a vast amount of ice skating opportunities across the area’s many ski resorts. Enjoy artificial ice rinks where you can try ice hockey or curling or step onto stunning frozen lakes and skate under the impressive mountain backdrop.

Reindeer Safari – Make a visit to Italy’s only reindeer herd at the Croda Rossa in Drei Zinnen. Daily feeding sessions provide a unique and unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Or Relax The Day Away

Swimming Pools and Spas – No matter where you are in South Tyrol, you will never be far from a swimming pool or a relaxing spa treatment. Take in the view from the open air pool at Hotel Urthaler, right beside the slopes, or try out one of South Tyrol’s traditional mineral bathing experiences in San Vigilio.
