Experts at a new ski hotel opening this December in the Austrian Tirol will work with hotel guests to put together an exercise plan that can not only be rolled out on their trip but even continue beyond the holiday once they’re back home.

Opening in December 2016 the Sport Resort Hohe Salve in Hopfgarten, a village in the large SkiWelt region, introduces a healthier way to enjoy your ski holiday.

Working in co-operation with the Institute for Sports Science at the University of Innsbruck and experts from the sports programme, the new accommodation offers a personalised service to guests to enhance the healthy nature of their stay. New Ski Hotel To Offers Health Plan All The Way Home

The personal fitness plan looks at activity and recovery, performance and health, nature and technology and is described as, “an ideal starting point for a sustainable active lifestyles or to increase current sporting performance.”

The service is accessible to all ages and fitness levels and encourages guests to get active and immerse themselves in the outdoor lifestyle in one of the sunniest towns in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The Sport Resort Hohe Salve is in easy reach of the traditional market town Hopfgarten where a cable car takes skiers directly to the top of the Hohe Salve at the heart of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area.

There are 104 rooms and eight suites with access to a large indoor ‘movement’ area with private yoga room, gym and outdoor training area, spa and regeneration zone and pool.  Prices start from €85pppn on a half-board basis.
