Les 3 Vallées is no stranger to luxury accommodation, particularly in Courchevel 1850, but many fans of the world’s biggest ski area particularly love the Belleville Valley and the traditional resort of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, so a new lux option opening there this December will intrigue many.
It’s not any old five-star hotel either! The new M Lodge has only 25 rooms, seven of them suites, the largest an incredible 90m² (that’s four times a decent-sized hotel room and much bigger than your average on-mountain accommodation!)
The suites are on two floors, with the upper level, located under the roof, an utterly private space. Each suite features a terrace and a relaxation area with a bar and, depending on the suite, billiards, table football, pinball machine or sound system.
The idea is that when families take a suite, the older members or perhaps older children can make use of the private upstairs area while the lower floor is more open to all.
M Lodge also has a relaxed gastronomic restaurant, La Table du M, for everything from a light (or large) lunch, through après ski to a cosy dinner by the fire.
The M Lodge’s wellness area has a high-quality sauna, a gym and 16-metre long swimming corridor pool and The Spa Valmont by M Lodge offers treatments from the famous Swiss cellular cosmetics company. Facial and full body massages use the famous “butterfly technique”, which aims to boost micro-circulation.
The M Lodge opens in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville in the 3 Vallées on 15 December 2022 with room prices from €480 per night including breakfast in low season and from €600 a night in peak season.
