Enjoy a ski trip with a wellness focus next January in Brides-Les-Bains, as the resorts hosts their popular health and gourmet week for a second year.

Showcasing health and healthy eating, this week is dedicated to wellness in all its forms, encouraging you to take care of yourself and your physical health. Visitors to the area will start their week with a complimentary, well balanced breakfast at the base of the Olympe Bubble, kicking off a week of healthy fun.

Throughout the week, activities and workshops will be offered, from yoga, breathing and stretching sessions to ayurvéda (a Hindu system of medicine based on the idea of balance in bodily systems) and even a zen party to end the week.

Culinary forays are also on offer throughout the week, including demonstrations by chefs, healthy gourmet menus in the resort’s restaurants and a typical market which places focus on healthy local products.

Most interestingly, a ‘wellness speed dating’ session includes individual workshops which allow you to test out wellness techniques such as self-massage, reflexology, face and body massages and blind taste tests to personalise your own wellness journey moving forward.

Brides-Les-Bains is a resort which places huge focus on health and wellness. The new Grand Spa Thermal opened this year; a €17 million development that is now the largest thermal spa in France. This means that visitors to the area can not only benefit from the incredible skiing in offer across the huge 3 Vallées area, but also from a state-of-the-art spa and relaxation facilities.

The dates for next season’s health and gourmet week are 14 – 18 January. All activities are free, with a dedicated health and gourmet package available to book on request, including accommodation, lift pass, ski lessons and spa entry.
