The first World Champion 2019 has already been crowned after another dominant win: French snowboarder Marion Haerty wins the title a second time after 2017! Makes three titles open for the taking in Verbier!
In the men’s snowboard competition the American Blake Hamm secured the top spot in Andorra ahead of overall leading opponent Victor De Le Rue (FRA). Also in both skiers’ competitions new stop winners appeared on the board: Jaclyn Paaso (USA) claimed her first ever victory on the Tour, while last year’s champion and currently overall leading Italian Arianna Tricomi took second place. French Leo Slemett broke Markus Eder’s (ITA) dominance by taking the top spot in Andorra with three nicely stuck 360s in his run. Next coming up is the grand finale in Verbier (SUI), where three more World Champions await to be crowned!
