Ready for the 2020/21 ski season, Ski France has added a new, boutique chalet in the renowned resort of Val d’Isère to its inspirational portfolio. Nestled in the exclusive Petit Alaska chalet hamlet, close to the resort centre, Chalet Denali offers guests a self-catered, stylish, stress-free escape. Named after the highest mountain peak in North America, the chalet displays original timber and stone features that are typical of Savoyard architecture alongside contemporary furnishings and an open-plan kitchen and living room; the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern chic. Comprising three floors, the chalet can sleep up to eight guests in four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Nestled in the eaves, the master bedroom has a huge stand-alone bathtub; ideal for couples looking for a bit of added romance. The fully equipped kitchen and living area on the first floor are the opportune place to socialise; guests can relax on the plush leather sofas, take in the incredible mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows and sink into the private Jacuzzi on the south-facing balcony. A week’s stay, from 9 January 2021, costs from £667 pp (£4,395 total, was £6,279 total – saving 30%)* for eight people and includes a welcome pack, robes and slippers, fresh pastries on the first morning, Wi-Fi, firewood for the open fire, a selection of board games and books plus a Bluetooth speaker. The chalet has parking for two cars and well-behaved dogs are welcome too. *If booked before 31 October 2020, guests can cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund.
