Ready for the up-coming winter season, Al and Kat Judge, co-founders of AliKats Mountain Holidays, have launched a brand-new Eco Package for guests staying at their catered chalets; skiers and snowboarders can continue to make the most of the mountains with the least amount of environmental impact.
Offering 13 beautiful, catered, self-catered and semi-catered chalets in Morzine, in the French Alps, Al and Kat are determined to make sure this holiday destination remained untarnished for many years to come.
Guests who book The Eco Package will receive a 10% discount on the total cost of their catered chalet, a free transfer from Geneva or Cluses (they must have travelled by train), a delicious meat-free menu and discounts on other non-ski activities, including snow shoeing and split boarding.
In addition, guests will experience Al and Kat’s many other green practices throughout their stay, including travelling in the brand-new electric Renault Kangoo, sampling home-made yoghurt (no more plastic pots) and using bamboo toothbrushes.
A week’s stay at Chalet Debussy, in January 2020, costs from £6,810 (was £7,567 – saving 10%) for eight people with The Eco Package, and includes five nights’ catering, transfers from/to Geneva or Cluses train station and vintage champagne on arrival. A six-day lift pass for the Portes du Soleil ski area costs from €285 / £260 per adult.
