As winter approaches, now is a good time to think about how to get ready. Rollerskiing is a good way to be in great physical condition. It takes place on smooth surfaces such as park paths, roads,  cycle and athletics tracks and mirrors the techniques used in cross country skiing. It is a low-impact, full-body exercise that is great for core body strength, balance and overall fitness.
