Hakuba 47 is a versatile snow destination for everyone, catering to all skill levels, featuring vertical drops, groomed runs, tree skiing, a FIS World Cup terrain park, and moguls. Connected to Goryu Resort via Gondola, Quad, and Pair lifts, it forms one of Hakuba Valley’s larger ski areas. Visitors can purchase a local pass for both resorts or visit with the full valley pass.
As the first in the valley to open and last to close each season, Hakuba 47 boasts a signature top-to-bottom Route 1 slope. With slopes located between 1,614 and 820m altitudes, Hakuba 47 has 13,570m of slopes in total, the longest 6,400m in length, the steepest 32 degrees. For advanced riders, the resort offers a renowned terrain park with kickers, rails, ramps, and boxes, as well as designated tree-skiing zones. The exclusive Tree Riding Zone requires expert-level skills, TRZ membership, and a safety briefing. Hakuba 47 averages over 10m of annual snowfall and temperatures between -6°C and 11°C from December to May.
Non-skiers can enjoy gondola rides to mid-station, alpine views, and dining options and Hakuba 47 combines exceptional skiing with award-winning dining, from the famous Pizza House Luis to various cafes and bars. It even brews its own golden extra pale ale using pristine local water and a blend of malts and hops.
