Engelberg in Switzerland has announced it will be ending its 2014-15 ski season on Monday May 25th with a fun filled party on the snow.
Along with a last day of skiing and boarding on the resort’s Titlis glacier,. Anyone there on the day will be able to try their hands at ski themed activities including awing trough skis and throwing ski boots, as well as the less normal wintersports activity of bull riding.
The dress code for the day is described as “country style” and events kick off at noon at the Stand Ski Hut.
Engelberg is one of three Swiss glacier ski areas currently open along with the Diavolezza glacier near St Moritz, also open to the end of May, and the year-round snow sports area above Zermatt.
