London’s closest real indoor ski slope, Hemel Hempstead Snow Centre offers lessons and open sessions on their 160m real snow slope as well as the UK’s largest lesson slope.
With options for recreational skiing and lessons for all abilities The Snow Centre at Hemel Hempstead really does have something for everyone. Freestyle sessions run on Thursday and Friday nights, with open sessions as well as coaching. There is a new freestyle setup each week to give avid riders some variety!
The Schuss Bar on the slope offers free tea and coffee during sessions, and there’s also the Lodge Bar & Restaurant. This is an alpine themed eatery overlooking the slope so non-skiers can relax while watching the action! There’s also the popular Ringo slide and toboganning for younger snow enthusiasts.
