It’s that time of year when people start skiing with less on, often top raise money for charity.
At Diamond Peak ski areas in California this Saturday March 29th, 2014 has been dubbed Undy Ski Day as the ski area partners with the Incline Village Community Hospital and the Colon Cancer Alliance to raise funds for Colon Cancer Awareness Month in the US.
The event’s organisers are keen it will remain reasonably respectable and request participants “wear your undies over your pants, please” – aka superman style.
However external undies wearing is not just limited to the usual bodily area, you could wear them “ on your helmet, as a cape etc,” say the organisers.
Anyone arriving on the day, duly dressed, can get a discounted $35 lift ticket, enjoy live music, take part in a mass photo and enter a raffle in aid of the Colon Cancer Alliance.
