Base depths remain incredible, with Mammoth still close to the 9m/30 feet mark on 889cm, Squaw Valley, now staying open to July 4th, has over 5m lying. Most ski areas in the region now say they have already surpassed their seasonal average snowfall totals.

By contrast the East Coast has been dry this week after the snowy week previously, but base depths here remain good after all the snow there this season.
The forecast is for a quieter week ahead with some more snow but not so much as has become the norm in the West these past three months.
