Heavy snowfall in the Pacific Northwest of North America this week. Whistler in BC reported 40cm in 24 hours on Sunday/Monday and Mt Baker has passed the 5m base depth mark after claiming an incredibly 3m/10 feet of snow in the past week.
It’s not all good though – it was closed Sunday – Monday as the snow turned to rain. But that’s due to get back to snow again in the next few days.

Mostly conditions are continuing to improve in the West where they needed to in Colorado, Utah and California. Big snowfalls at the end of last week allowed them to open more terrain.
Further north most resorts have had good conditions anyway all winter and they keep improving with still more fresh snow.
On the east, conditions continue to be generally good.
