This April, snowboarders can ride the spring snow (or slush!) testing out next year’s snowboards, boots and bindings from some of the world’s top brands, as part of a special week-long break.

Organised by chalet company More Mountain in partnership with Manchester based Subvert Boardstore, this year’s Slushy Social runs for the week from 5th April in Morzine and costs £599 per person including catered chalet accommodation, lift passes, transfers from Geneva Airport and free board tests. The price excludes travel to Geneva airport.

Subvert Boardstore’s free kit to test gives participants the opportunity to test out next year’s snowboards, boots and bindings from brands such as Burton, Salomon, Ride, LIBTECH, Nitro, Stepchild, 32 and many more.

Guests on the Slushy Social stay in one of More Mountain’s catered chalets, which sleep anywhere between ten and fifteen guests. Each chalet comes with its own hot tub and boarders are served wholesome “gastro” styled four-course evening meals with wine and beers all included within the price, as well as cooked breakfasts and freshly baked cakes for afternoon tea.

More Mountain also team up with REAL Snowboarding who provide some Slushy Coaching Sessions, to take guests snowboarding skills to “side hit madness” and “park and pipe” level at an additional cost.

While boarding remains the heart of the week, all guests are brought together throughout the week for events and parties. The event has been designed to bring boarders together and so there are no single supplements as guests will be paired with someone similar to them the chance to make new riding buddies.
