Ski & Snowboard Festival returns to London

13 Sep 19

The UK’s only Ski and Snowboard Festival will return to Battersea Park in London from Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th October 2019, which falls in half-term holidays for most English schools.

2019 will see the return of Mount Battersea, a giant 50 ft kicker covered in real snow supplied by The Snow Centre. This is always a popular centrepiece of the Festival for many visitors, who will get to see some of the UK’s top athletes showing off their skills with some epic tricks.

Around the festival, there will be plenty of world resorts and tourist boards on hand to help visitors pick their dream winter getaway plus retailers who will be stocking this season’s latest styles to keep you warm on the slopes.

The street food village will be filled with more food vendors than ever before – burgers, pizzas, crepes, the list goes on! Joining the line-up will be the UK’s top ski and snowboard athletes including Billy Morgan, Rowan Coultas and Pete Speight who will be taking to the stage on Saturday to discuss their rise to GB Park & Pipe fame.

As well as the well loved features that have become a Festival staple, there are many new activities to keep you entertained such as curling, craft beer workshops, axe throwing, and a dedicated kids area where staff from Esprit Ski Holidays will be on hand throughout the day to keep the young ones happy!
