The specialist ski chalet and apartment company Mountain Heaven have had a busy summer with new purpose-designed chalets being built for them in the French Alps.
Business has been booming for Mountain Heaven as skiers and boarders have responded to the consistently high service standards, very comfortable accommodation and top value with (unlike some others) ABTOT bonding for their clients’ financial security which they provide through this era of Brexit uncertainty in their chalets and apartments in France and Switzerland. In fact, the company has been battling hard to meet demand!
Having fine-tuned their inventory of chalets on offer this winter so that any that do not quite meet the company’s very high standards have been dropped, Mountain Heaven have had three brand-new chalets built specifically for them for the coming 2017/18 season, with a fourth, in Morzine, under construction ready for winter 2018/19.
The new chalets this winter include Chalet Valeriane in La Rosière with four bedrooms and a hot tub, which will be the company’s closest catered chalet to the pistes in the Les Eucherts area of La Rosière. Also new are Chalet Grand Chardon and Chalet Petit Chardon in La Plagne 1800. Both are unique in terms of the chalets having access to a heated outdoor pool together with other leisure facilities, including a squash court. Chalet Grand Chardon has six en-suite bedrooms and Chalet Petit Chardon has three bedrooms.
Always innovating, company director Nick Williams recently visited Iran to ski with his teenage son, having a wonderful time with the hospitable locals in spectacular mountain scenery with fantastic powder snow, all at comparatively low prices. So next March Mountain Heaven will run two week-long Iranian Ski Experience tours, hosted by Nick and visiting three different resorts (Shemshak, Darbandsar and Dizin) as well as touring Tehran and the World Heritage site of Esfahan.
