Geilo in Norway has opened a ski run for the country’s autumn school holiday.
Operating from 11am to 3pm daily during the holidays, tickets cost £27 for the four hours .
The skiing is offered as part of a package of activities in Geilo Summer park which also includes mountain biking, campfire building and other entertainments.
Elsewhere in the east of the country, the Galdhopiggen glacier ski area is still operational following summer skiing. It reports a one metre snowbase and has its usual one run open.
