Val d’Isere has one of the largest snowmaking operation in Europe and because of its favourable microclimate and high altitude is able to open from late November to May each season.
The Ski Force Winter Tour will be offering free testing of the new season’s skis and snowboards on the resort’s front de neige for this season’s First Tracks Weekend for testing free of charge and qualified instructors will be on hand to show the first skier of the season around the area.
Opening weekend deals include the chance to stay in a studio sleeping four people, a two-day lift pass, plus one entry into the swimming pool at the Centre Aquasportif, a half-day tour of the ski area with an instructor, ski or snowboard test, movies and entertainment from €109 / £95pp for two nights from Friday 25 November to Sunday 27 November 2016.
